What’s the ink refilling procedure?

Toxicity

Dust contains gypsum. About 0.5% of the dust is inhaled into the lungs causing asthma, tuberculosis, emphysema and even lung cancer.

Ink contains more than 90% of toxic organic solvent such as ethanol and butane. Inhaling such chemical vapor may cause headache, keratitis, chronic poisoning or even cancer.

Ink is water-base and non toxic.. It is certified as non toxic material by Guangdong Provincial Center of Disease Control and Prevention. Test report number 08GA1361.

How to deal with the yellow contamination to the eraser?

Eraser is becoming yellow while appling it on the teaching board. You only have

to clean it by running water and squeeze the contamination on the sponge.



What’s the purpose of the water screen?

If the eraser absorbs too much water and is effecting the handwriting, we can utilize it to squeeze out the extra water then wipe the teaching board again. The emphasis is that the water in the screen box cannot be recycled. 



What circumstances can come across? Is there any tips?
Yes. If wipe off a large area we should spray proper quantity of cleaning water on the entire eraser and wipe back and forwards; while we can only spray a small amount of cleaning water on the side of the eraser with an arrow symbol, wipe the rectifing places back and forwards then write after the surface dry. 

What about the daily amount of usage for the cleaning water?
Normally the average usage is about 100ml per class per day. However, the applying usage may different as regions and seasons are various. We can adjust it accordingly.

Will the cleaning water and ink harmful to human bodies after usage?

No. Our products have passed the provincial inspections non-toxic test and SGS•RoHS 6 items heavy metal test, America Safety Standards test and European Union Toy Safety Standards test. It won’t harmful to human bodies. In case the ink stain the skin of clothes, can wash by our cleaning water or laundry powder.



Why the board surface designed in honed beige?

The board surface is designed in honed beige at the spectrum of 550-700mu which can protect eyes by intermediate-low frequency and high lightness color. The design is advocated by international ophthalmologist and affords the least reflection which further reduces fatigue to the eyes. In addition, the board surface is made of home-made coating with abrasion resistance ability can be used as projection board. No reflection when viewing from any angle greater than 30 degree.



Why inkblot is left after wipe off the green ink?

Because the green ink has good penetration. Under this circumstances, we can only wait several minutes till the inkblot naturally fade or use more cleaning water.



Why the handwriting has diffusion phenomenon?

Reason One: there is too much water remain on the teaching board.
Reason Two: teaching pen was added too much ink which resulted in the ink coming out more quickly.



Can chalks, whiteboard markers or other pens be used on the teaching board?

No. Because the the teaching board surface was painted a special coating made by our factory. If use other pen to write will cause a certain damage to the coating.
